Hilco Vision warmly welcomes Stuart Jolly as the new Head of Sales for North America – Optical & Retail Division and Thomas Strauch as the Group CFO.

Stuart Jolly has been named the Head of Sales Americas – Optical & Retail Division, effective March 4, 2024.  Jolly joins Hilco Vision with an impressive background in the eye care sector; his tenure as the Global Head of Retail Insight and Strategy at CooperVision showcased his deep understanding of market dynamics. Further, his senior merchandising roles at Walmart (Sam’s Club) and National Vision Inc. have honed his expertise in product selection, promotion, and sales strategy. Jolly’s comprehensive experience will be instrumental in leading our sales efforts in North America, focusing on product launches, account management, and enhancing the customer experience.

Thomas Strauch brings a wealth of financial expertise to his role as Group CFO,  effective March 11th, 2024 . His previous positions include serving as the CFO of Sivantos North America, where he operated under the guidance of private equity investor EQT, and a significant period at HearUSA (Siemens Healthcare). Strauch’s proven track record in integrating strategies, harmonizing systems and processes, and driving financial excellence will play a crucial role in propelling Hilco Vision’s growth and operational efficiency.

The Executive Leadership team they join has broad industry experience and includes Will Sands (Chief Operating Officer), John Lakey (Chief Commercial Officer), Frank Soehnge (Global Head of Technology) and Kelly Piotti (Global Head of Customer and Sales Enablement) who have taken on additional responsibilities to leverage the breadth of the Hilco Vision portfolio to design and deliver innovative solutions for eye care.
